Krewe of Chewbacchus

The Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus presents its 7th annual Carnival Parade on February 18th, 2017 with the theme: The Revel Alliance.The 2017 parade will be made up of over 200 sub-krewes and groups who enthusiastically parody and lovingly satirize everything from “Star Wars” to “Lord of the Rings” to “Monty Python” and beyond. We our hosting our Pre-Parade party at the Warehouse House located at 2317 North Rampart Street. The Warehouse House is an innovative residential living in one of our most exciting cultural corridors in the historic Downtown New Orleans. Krewe of Barkus

Calling all canines to join the Mystic Krewe of Barkus for the dog parade through the French Quarter on Sunday, February 19, 2017 to the theme “Pirates of the Crescent City: Barkus Tells Tales of Jean LaFleabag!” This is an all-dog krewe, but welcome kind humans to come out to play with our pack as we celebrate this Mardi Gras tradition. We are hosting our Pre-parade party with his Majesty Crown Prince Triumph at 826 St. Phillip Street.The location features a beautiful renovation with a stylish open floor plan, Brazilian red mahogany hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, and a small rear Courtyard.
